Once we were seated, our server, who was also unfriendly, rushed past our table. We told her we weren't ready to order, and she didn't return for about 16 minutes. When she finally did come back, she was a short, chubby mixed-race girl whose name I can't remember, but it began with an "A."
When we placed our order, she forgot two of the main entrees, resulting in some of us finishing our meals while the others waited for their plates. Additionally, the bartender mixed up our drinks—she brought two of the same flavor and included one without alcohol, even though that wasn’t what we ordered. She was a tall, dark-skinned girl with large twists in her hair.

I ordered curbside pickup about two weeks ago in the evening without any issues. I did the same thing last night, but this time my order was supposed to be ready for pickup by 6:12 PM. I waited until 6:26 PM and still hadn’t received my food, so I called the restaurant to check if I needed to come inside or if they were just running behind. The gentleman informed me that they don’t allow servers to bring out food for curbside pickup after dark for safety reasons. While I don’t think this Applebee's is in a dangerous area, I understood. Carlos met me at the door and held it open for me. Amazing young man!! Ended up he was our server! Pure delight! Give this man a raise!! We all agree he made our dining experience through the roof fun! He was extremely attentive and kept us all happy! Joyful experience!! My aunts are NEVER happy with service when we eat out, but tonight they were full of compliments and talked about what a well mannered, kind young man Carlos was! One even called him a sweetheart! We will definitely come back agai , but we'll only stay if we can get Carlos as a server!!
Food was overcooked and meat was very dry. Our server was clearly on drugs when we stated that to other employees they told us it wasn 't her first day. My auntie offered to pay for my drinks and the other server helping us looked at her crazy and said what neiece because my auntie is dark skinned and I 'm light skinned. It was over all a bad experience. We barely had service and when we did we had to stop random people for help. We were even served food without silverware.

Came for drinks and blondie after my overnight shift. I dined in late near closing, but staff was still welcoming, respectful, and friendly. My dessert was fresh, and my drinks were good and did their job. ? I'll definitely be back.
I didn’t take any pictures, but those wonton tacos were absolutely amazing! My friend ordered the sample platter. We dined before all the mandates came into effect. Who doesn’t love their neighborhood spots?
Wait. Slow service by many customers. Servers were nice and attentive. No complaint to the food. I have my food as we ordered it. Good Vodka/Redbull special and wings.
The food was delicious the staff was outstandin especially the bartender Sandy And then we called our mother on Skype so it was extra fun.
