I have dined at this restaurant location at least four or five times a year. I have always been satisfied with the food and the ambiance. The service is usually quite good. However, during my last visit, we were left waiting for our check for 15 minutes as our tabletop check-out device was not working properly. It was unclear whether our waitress was in the restroom or outside smoking, but it was a bit disappointing in an otherwise pleasant experience. When we asked another waitress for the check, she refused and told us to wait for our own waitress. The food was average. The bacon chicken sandwich was somewhat dry and lacked enough ranch dressing. The fish and chips were not hot enough for takeout. The service was excellent and I have a feeling the food would have been better if we had dined in.
This restaurant is a fantastic spot for a delicious meal. The staff are friendly, the food is excellent, and we highly recommend trying the cocktails and appetizers, especially the Chicken Wanton Tacos - our personal favorite.
