our aim when we visited was to eat in a beautiful environment and have a nice time with our friends. target: acquired. the place was not busy, and it didn't take long to take place, although clearly underoccupied. katheiw was sweet and had a good job, so respect her! eating was not terrible, but unfortunately it was a bit cold when it was served due to the lack of personal (there was a server working. goofy ah.) the boneless buffalo wings were good, but nothing more than standard restaurant wings?. the loaded shambers were better than I expected! Overall, eating was quite decent, nothing too special. our drinks have only been taken out after eating. this has ruined my eating experience a bit...
eating was great at this place thinking service would be better and not rushed as if we went to the mall location. we had a younger waitress and started kindly and ok then screamed down the hill. the tellers are still on the table after several passages. a few times if we wanted to drink more. here comes the food and then it was courteous, but u could say that we were torn out of the door. plates still on table after dropping the ticket at the table edge. then rushed to go boxing teller still on table and they were not so busy several open tables. only an immeasurable experience. give it well to eat in the neighbourhood, but service shoulda go service could have been more pleasant for our wa...
The food was delicious and the service was efficient. As most places we had to wait for more than 45 min before being seated. Even the reservation steward was bussing tables and cleaned the spills in the hallway due to staff shortage. I do have a small suggestion maybe instead of having guests be seated and waiting at the waiting areas...they could seat us on a table but inform guests that they have to wait whatever time that was avaialble. (Yes there were plenty of table open this evening) that was we cab already look at the menu and make decisions already by the time tge wait staff is available. Maybe this is too much to ask ?. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The service was terrible and I will never return. A friend and I went for drinks and wanted some time before ordering food. The waitress told us the kitchen was closing in 20 minutes, then came back 15 minutes later and gave us attitude when we ordered. We felt rushed while eating, and even though it wasn't closing time yet, the waitress brought our receipts before we were finished, and then scolded us for not paying right away. Another group came in after us and ordered food, even though the kitchen was supposed to be closed. The waitress was rude and had no manners. I will not be returning.

We had a family dinner here, and they messed up my grandmothers order. She didn’t get her food until after we all had ate and were sitting around for awhile, so she just had them bring it in a to go box. When we got our tickets I asked the server if they would take the receipt back and comp her mean, and the server agreed. Server comes back with the receipt hands it to us and hurried away. They tried to pull a fast one and only deducted a couple dollars off of her meal. When I asked about it she said that is all her manager would let her take off. Sounds like a very poorly managed business and we will not be returning.
Staff hanging out up front conversing and what seemed like joking around. While our drinks sat out on bar ready, waiting to be brought to our table for 10+minutes. When we asked our waitress if we could get them, she said she couldn’t bring them to us since she wasn’t old enough(which we understand that part, but find someone who can) When getting drinks they were half pours, and mostly foam. Do not recommend.
We arrived at around 9:50 PM (around 11 o'clock) only to be told that they no longer seat customers outside. Instead, they could show us to their specialist for takeout orders. While we appreciated their effort to accommodate us, this information should have been clearly displayed or updated on their website. We were very disappointed and frustrated with the time wasted.
I had the pleasure of being served by a delightful waitress at this restaurant. She had a slender tattoo on her neck and was very sweet and helpful. She recommended that I visit Lincoln, Nebraska, and made sure our meal was perfect. I am grateful for her excellent service and believe she deserves a raise. Thank you, Collinsville Christian Church.

I showed up to get my curbside order and waited 15 minutes before I went inside to get it myself.Now I wish that I wouldn't have tipped as no one was there to actually help me. Don't text me and say you will be right out with your order if you have no intention of doing so. Food is good, service is nonexistent!
