Me and my colleagues ordered 3 steaks one medium, two medium rare. Judging by the one steak that was supposed to be medium, we have clearly received two medium well steaks. I brought it up to server's attention she checked the order (which was correct) and informed the kitchen about the mistake. My colleagues decided to proceed with the medium and medium well steak. I have also been asked whether I want to keep the dish and the sides, which I declined. After 15 or so minutes, the person from the kitchen came out holding 2 plane stakes (no sides). We explained that only one steak was needed and that I would like to have the sides heated up as well. The heated up sides came back when I was abo...
I wouldn't recommend anybody to go here . There the manager was very dishonest. Refuse to help his customers and on top of that .. didnt complete my order but of course they didn't forget to take my money for it . Purchased my order at 2:58 pm . I contacted 2 hours latter about it.. also they are promoting a promotion about free ticket and leaves out important details also.. make sure you ask everything before charging you're card . Don't be like me and make the same mistake.. take my opinion serious
Part of the place because it was my family?s favorite place for assembly and celebration. My children love it. The food was great, the server could improve a lot. It is not bad, only very young people, inexperienced and a little slow. But they did their best. Good feeling and well maintained.
Didn't had enough servers to serve us outside so we had to order to go then take it outside where we wanted to sit. Other than that they was helpful in cleaning our table at least. The ambience was good, the bar lady was pleasant, and we had a good time.
