The person that took our order was Susan she did that over the phone because we were having problems with their app. She had everything ready by the time we got in there. However, we wanted to order some bar appetizers because they're a half off. So we all got the bacon cheeseburger with fries and then mozzarella sticks, quesadillas and the artichoke dip. We all thought everything was good, however, I didn't really care for the artichoke dip it wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Thank you Susan for being kind and good at your job. The bar looked clean and they were busy. Didn't use the bathroom so I can't tell you about that.
The host, Zach, was very friendly and mowed when he led us to our table. Our food and drinks came fast and the food was fabulous!! I absolutely recommend the shrimps n Steak Parmesan. Our server, Jade, was an absolute rock star and has often checked us to ensure that we have a wonderful experience of one of the other servers, Gabriel, were busy and cleaned around the dining area. I would give this place more stars when I clean it, the food was bomb, and the staff were very attentive. Great job, guys!
The service was very fast. The food was great. There was only one case that was frozen for some reason our Cole Slav. But they immediately replaced them with another side, effortlessly. The whole service was amazing! We were a group of 10 and because they were such a large group they were able to bring out our food quickly.
Applebee is always a great place to get a bite to eat reliable service and delicious food! They are best to stay open late and from May 2022, they offer half price starters to close from 9 o'clock! We enjoy the Buy 2 menu the steaks are delicious!
