I am a Applebee's loyal customer, one of my favorite spot to eat but this one here was nothing but a disaster for me and my girl. To start off the evening we order our complete meal for the night and the waiter didn't write anything down I can't remember her name but she had black and blond hair and she completely messed the order up and the worst part was we ordered drinks that came basically as we was leaving the service and quality of the food was slow and nasty I cancelled the rest of our order and left, i will never return to this Applebee's again. P.S Applebee's you have lost a loyal customer.
Location has friendly staff and is clean. It was a Saturday night so things got real. Blender broke down so no milkshakes were available. Then order printer broke down and I wasn't informed until I asked why I hadn't gotten my cocktail, or the soda, after 35 mins. Waitress hadn't noticed. A table of six right behind my seating, by 10 mins, came in and were being served in about 15mins. Soon as waitress was made aware and looked into things, they started to move. Military discount softened the blow.
At the same time, terrible service, appetizer and food came out. Appetizer was cold. The waiter didn't seem to care or wanted to be there. In the beginning there were orders for our drinks, but that was it. Didn't even see a manger until I went back to get a refill, she was in her office. Finally, I got a refill when I finished my meal. This is my daughter favorite place to eat sadly to see it going in this direction. You don't think I'd make my business longer.
Nice margaritas but absolutely terrible food that is served mostly cold when it should be warm. Chicken in the salad is McChicken quality and the buffalo wings were depressingly hard and cold. Peach iced tea was good. The seats are very far back and it's difficult to lean forward and eat, no matter how tall and/or well built you are.

Grabbed a burger n fries on a lunch break .. no complaints, tasted good, good service too... I wanted some chicken parmesan but i don't think they carry it any longer... Will return on another lunch break in future!
This place almost made me go full "Karen" and call the manager because every single time I ordered, something was missing. I understand they might be dealing with challenges, but it was really frustrating.
The food was decent. Our server was friendly and attentive. However, my fries arrived cold, and the riblets were a bit unusual. It's likely a good spot for a quick meal, though.
I'll wait over an hour for the main food that's not here. I order coffee, I don't have it. The waitress was really cool and said that the kitchen of the place is quite empty. .

I had my first experience dining at Applebee's in Cherry Hill! The waitress was quick and outstanding! The food was served promptly, and everything was piping hot!
It was crowded, but the host kept me informed. The cutlery was dirty so my waitress brought me plastic. The food came hot and fresh
