We placed our order, and I asked for Splenda for my iced tea, but when the drinks arrived, there was no Splenda. I had to get it myself. We waited over 30 minutes for my meal, which arrived cold, and the server never checked on us. When I asked for a to-go box and the check, we waited another 20 minutes. I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. Everything was terrible - the food, service, and drinks. I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop in for a quick bite before heading home, but I was very disappointed. I definitely would not recommend this location. The server at the bar was lucky she received a tip from me, as she was not attentive to guests and seemed more interested in her phone and drinking bottled water. Service these days is not what you pay for. I left feeling very disappointed and disgusted. I ordered the grilled chicken with shrimp at this restaurant and the food was terrible. It didn't taste fully cooked. After eating, I went to the bathroom and ended up throwing up everything I had consumed - including the mozzarella sticks, steak, mashed potatoes, shrimp, and chicken. I asked for a discount but was denied, even though I felt I shouldn't have had to pay at all. The service was average (3 out of 5) and it was a dine-in dinner experience. Overall, the food and service were disappointing.
Great service and food here. I came here at 11 for lunch and everything was on point. The place was staffed well and the location was spotless. Ribs, fries, drinks and mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly. Everyone from the manager to the bartenders came out to greet and service us. Highly recommend this location for small to large parties

This was an awful experience. We arrived at 12:30 and it's now 2:08. We received our food 15 minutes ago. The waitress was rude and did not fulfill our requests. My daughter's entree came out before her appetizer, which was confusing. She still hasn't received her appetizer. We will not be returning to this Applebee's again.
Our server was excellent, but my chicken tender salad was terrible! The chicken was burnt. I asked for a replacement salad, and it was served the same way again. Applebee's should be embarrassed to serve food like this to their customers!
