My mom wanted to go for her birthday which should have been a wonderful dinner, was honestly one of the worst restaurants I've been to in a couple of years. We were seated near the host station, call me old school and all but whatever happened tocustomer service? -cold food. -waitress disappeared for 10 minutes( slow night plenty of staff) -employees huddled near ourtable to talk about personal problems, and the manager decided to join then a total of 5 workers. One employee was clocked outtalking about who they like to duck! -another employee decided to pull his phone out and start checking his text. -all staffshowing tattoos (this is a family restaurant) And lastly, I mention my mom's Bday...
It took a long time for anyone to welcome us. First a woman told us she would help us in a minute and proceeded to wipe down tables. A few minutes later a man rudely asked if he could help us acting as if he wished he wasn't working there. Although onlyone other couple was waiting and many tables were empty we were told the wait would be 25 to 30 minutes. Not having enoughemployees to work on a Saturday at 5 pm may be understandable but the rude welcome and uncaring attitude was not OK. This wasnot the only time this has happened at this location. Little to say, we then went to Chili's where they are always happy towelcome and serve you.

He went above and beyond to make sure I had everythingfrom condiments and cutlery and napkins. Thanks ????
Rude manager who doesn’t even wear a mask during the current health situation when serving a delivery driver. I did not see a sign that says everyone must wait outside to pick up. She said that you can’t even read and that there were signage posted outside. Seriously, she should check herself out

Chains can be challenging to assess. The experience largely depends on the staff. The food tends to be quite reliable. This particular location has excellent staff and provides quick service. Additionally, its convenient location contributes positively to Applebee's reputation.
I really enjoyed my dining experience on Mother's Day at Applebee's, and the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere, were outstanding too! And every time I come to Applebee's I have had a great time! And excellent customer service as well!

Fantastic service and delicious food, as usual! I enjoyed a quick lunch and was very pleased. I ordered the grilled chicken and spinach bowl. I arrived at noon and was seated immediately. The food was served quickly and tasted fresh!

Very good service. An all around good experience. We got the two for $30; bourbon chicken and shrimp and the chicken alfredo. Both were very good and we added buffalo chicken which was nice and spicy.
