As for the food, it was a bit of a mixed experience. Two family members ordered pasta with fried chicken in a sweet sauce, but unfortunately, they didn't enjoy it and left most of it untouched. My son ordered the pasta without the sauce, and he wasn't a fan either—he described it as not terrible, but definitely not great and a bit soupy. On the other hand, two other family members ordered cheeseburgers and loved them! These large, flavorful burgers were definitely a highlight of the meal.
We also tried three sides: the pretzels were good, though the runny cheese didn’t impress us; the onion rings were tasty, especially with the BBQ sauce; and the artichoke dip was just okay. I opted for a $...
Let me just start off by saying our waitress was amazing! So sweet helpful... You could hear someone in the kitchen just yelling at the workers..so loudly..they needed to come out yell at the two younger boys with the blonde hair that was shoulder length long. one had it back in a bun or pony tail. these two were very rude. no smile. not helpful. didn't engage with the customers. you could tell they absolutely hated their job. service sucks almost everytime we do go, which is every once in a blue moon. the food is delicious is why we love going. but you can't enjoy your food with rude workers with someone telling very loudly in the back.
I was dinning in this afternoon and overheard a manager telling a young server she was a liar. The manager was awful towards her employee just by the way she talked to this young lady. This young lady promised she would never do anything of the sort and the manager went on with calling her a liar. This young lady was in her late teens early twenties maybe. But this manager spoke to her like she was a toddler. long story later the young lady said she would just leave. People wonder why businesses are short staff, this is why. These kids are getting treated like they are two but they are grown ass young adults.
Had lunch on a slow lunch period on a Monday here since it was my day off from the holiday. Our server really wasn't all that welcoming and never once refilled our drinks. My wife had the quesadilla salad which she enjoyed. My chicken quesadilla had to be resent back to the kitchen as the first attempt yielded a half cooked quesadilla with overly soft tortilla. The revised edition was good and had a really crisp bite from a adequately toasted tortilla. I also got a French onion soup that was really tasty and perfectly melty with the cheese on top.

We had an amazing experience! Three of us ordered the BBQ riblets and they were absolutely fantastic—definitely worth trying! The other two ordered different dishes, and they were equally impressive. I can't praise our waitress enough; she was truly wonderful and is featured in one of our photos. Huge thanks to her! I also want to extend my appreciation to Applebee's. This was only my second visit, and it was a remarkable one. Everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you, from a satisfied customer!
My mom, sister, and I visited the restaurant last night, December 17, 2023, around 6:00 PM. My mom ordered the rib dinner, and I have to say, the meat was incredibly thin—so much so that the bones seemed thicker. Unfortunately, they were overcooked and dry. We didn’t want to cause a scene, especially in front of my 90-year-old mom, so we just removed the small amount of meat that was there. We were very disappointed. However, I must mention that our server, Ray, was fantastic.
The potatoes were cold, not just once but both times we ordered them. The steak had a lump of butter on top, yet it wasn't even hot enough to melt the butter. I suggest saving your money. The host argued with us when we asked for a table. I must say, the only positive aspect of our visit was our waitress, Miranda.
Came to Applebee's met the bartender Haley she took my order was really respectful and fast brought my food asked how I was doing she made sure I was doing ok I'm from California not from the area felt out of place but she made me feel welcome and was really sweet next time I'm in town I'm coming back

We are excited to visit this Applebee's location with our two young children. The staff is very friendly, the service is excellent, and both the restaurant and the restrooms are always clean. We truly appreciate the effort they put into creating a family-friendly atmosphere.
Food was good but the Sunday afternoon service was not that great. The staff stood around the bar chit chatting. Our waitress was good but her coworkers held her back. The food here is at least consistent and you know what you are getting each time you visit.
