I'm not really a big fan of Applebee's but my twins love it! I like going this this particular one because the staff is always so nice and we enjoy ourselves everytime. Even through this pandemic the restaurant is always clean and it doesn't take long for your order to come out. Our waitress Toya was soooo friendly and professional. April that works at the bar always makes the perfect drinks! Also this time we went the car side manager from Roseville was there and she was very helpful as well All in all me and my twins enjoyed ourselves as usual!
I wish I could give this place 0 stars but this was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had starting off with someone sweeping the floor and then sweeps out the booth with the same broom, our server got the food wrong twice and it was cold and the server got a drink order wrong 3x . The last straw was what I assumed was a cook go use the bathroom with his apron still on. Also what I assumed was a manager was walking around uninterested and continually sitting at booth on the phone

They don't do online. Rude staff too, they asked the same question 4 times and each time the employees face would be turned up and they spoke very hostile as if being their was an inconvenience to their day. Maybe they were having a bad day...
