Mr. Angelo was the waiter and he made sure that I was comfortable and he also came back a few times to make sure that my food was good and I was fine. He was respectful and polite. I would like to give a shout out to Aaron, my server, and Natasha, the manager of the restaurant. I recently dined there and was extremely impressed with the service I received. Aaron greeted me warmly once I was seated and was very professional and attentive throughout my meal. He made sure I was comfortable and checked on me multiple times. It was also nice to see Natasha taking the time to come and greet me during my visit. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the restaurant and menu, even assisting Aaron when needed. I was truly pleased with the service I received and wanted to thank them for their exceptional work.
Was my very first time here and l have to say that l was surprised by the quality and good taste of the food, our waitresses was nice and even if very busy she passed now and then checking on us. Tonight was Halloween night so it was packed but even like that we didn't had to wait too long to be seated. Food didn't take too long to be at the table, except for the dessert but when it came , the waitresses apologized right away for the delay buy it really was worth it, cinnamon rolls. Yummy. All in all a good.experience.
Applebee 's is my friend 's choice. Given where I live there aren 't any nearby ... It 's not on my 'visit hit list '. The food was ok. So, since I was not driving I had two beers. Unusual for the server but I prefer my dark beers near room temperature ... Success!! Kudos for the service team to deliver. I found the venue noisy and hard to focus on my pal across the table ... the din was palpable. Nonetheless, it was an enjoyable outing, if I 'm back to NJ/NY I 'd give it another try .....

Placed on order for spinach artichoke dip with tortilla chips and was so upset at the amount of dip I received when my food was delivered. I don’t know why the chef with give such a little amount with so many chips..it was really upsetting and I just hope that this isn’t done to anyone else. I am attaching a picture of what I received but honestly I feel like the picture doesn’t even do justice to the amount I received.
This restaurant is extremely cold. All the patrons are wearing coats. When asked if they could turn down air conditioning in the middle of December. I was told no because they are waiting for half price appetizers. The staff is wearing sweaters. I recommend coming here bundled up or in the summer. It’s not worth getting sick for the holidays
The food and service at this restaurant are always amazing! I loved the Bourbon chicken and shrimp, as well as the ribs and fries. I also enjoyed a Bahama Mama and a Blue Ocean Wave. The prices are reasonable and there is plenty of parking available in the Aldi's/Marshall's lot off Route 46 in Aldi's/Marshall's lot.
I have been a customer at Applebee's for 25 years, but I had a terrible experience during my recent visit. The manager was rude and unhelpful, and the chicken I received was inedible. I will be contacting the corporate office to share my disappointment. I would not recommend eating at Applebee's.

Hostess was very friendly and the 4 of us were seated immediately for dinner at 6PM on a Tuesday night. Our waiter, Ramsi, was very attentive getting our drinks the moment we were seated. Food was good!
