I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and I've never felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed. The waitstaff are unfriendly and lacking in customer service. I used to really love this place, but unfortunately, it has changed a lot. The only nice person here was the manager, Cristian. The waitresses had unfriendly expressions and seemed to pick and choose who they wanted to be nice to.
The service tonight was absolutely horrendous, ask to speak to the manager only to be given all kinds of excuses as of why the service was so terrible , is sad because this used to be our hangout spot, absolutely disappointed, don’t waste your time or money at this particular Applebees!!
There's only one issue that I have with Applebee's They don't serve a baked potato every other restaurant you can get a steak and baked potato or shrimp and baked potato but not an Applebee's They're mashed potatoes are good or just sometimes I want a baked potato.
