Deberían disponer de enfriador rapido de botellas. No sirve de nada tener un stock de bodega amplio si hay que beber a la temperatura de verano de Jerez. El stock de botellas atemperadas es bajo, muy limitado. Esto hace inútil lo amplia que pueda ser la carta de vinos.
