Number 1 in all rankings really deserves! Everything was voted here. Sensational cuisine and the best pigeon I've eaten. In addition, the ladies offer an exceptional service and declare the dishes very authentic. In addition, the ambience is very beautiful. Even the cook came to our table. We enjoyed the evening and the restaurant was worth the trip! The menu is really convinced in every single gear.
It's hard to put the water experience in words. It starts with the presentation: partly like a complicated mandala, or we have a miniature food landscape. Each dish, including all components, has been completed so that I lack the imagination to present the effort and work for an evening-filling menu.
We again enjoyed the special pleasure of eating in the water. Sven Elverfeld, chef chef , is a genius and has been awarded 3 stars by Michelin for many years. And the special thing: He always finds himself, there is no routine with him. The photos show some highlights of yesterday's menu
