Un pur voyage au Liban Repas succulent et très généreux, du début à la fin. Mezzés froids d’une grande fraîcheur (tartare libanais, ceviche, fattouche parfait), mezzés chauds savoureux (houmous à la viande, cigares au fromage, pains libanais garnis). Grillades excellentes et bien accompagnées : poulet grillé, kafta, viande, avec une sauce à l’ail libanaise crémeuse, une sauce pimentée et une délicieuse crème de sésame. Final royal avec un assortiment de desserts libanais et de fruits. Service chaleureux, souriant et très professionnel. Merci au chef et à son équipe pour ce magnifique voyage culinaire.
