Spent a week here and really glad I chose it. The hotel is set in a beautifully restored historic mansion — feels authentic rather than just another polished chain. Location is dead central, which means you're on foot everywhere, but that's honestly a pleasure when the streets look like this. The room was a studio apartment with a proper equipped kitchen and fridge, which makes a big difference on a longer stay — you're not forced into eating out every single meal. Hicimos el check in y alejandro nos recibio, fue muy amable, al principio nos sentimos agusto, pero un dia antes de irnos habian hecho limpieza de cuarto y 2 de mis viceras alo desaparecieron, buscamos con desesperación en todas las maletas revisando si alguna empleada de aseo las movio de lugar, pero era casi imposible por que una estaba en un compartimento muy bien guardado de la maleta, el dia anterior de la desaparición, habia salido con una de ellas y la regrese al hotel en mi bolsa, por que no habia sol, a la mañana siguiente nos dimos cuenta que desaparecieron las dos!!, lo reportamos e hicimos check out, el personal nos prometió una respuesta. 5 dias despues logramos tener una respue...
Extremely careful not to be scammed when staying at this hotel. Don't book a taxi through this hotel, they will rob you and force you to pay an exorbitant fee. Also, they don't have king-size or double beds, which are two twin beds together and extremely uncomfortable, no noise isolation you can hear everything from inside and outside. No complimentary water end up being changed for drinking a bottle of water.
We had a very nice stay at this boutique hotel in the Gothic Quarter. Room was spacious and nicely appointed (with a small kitchen), as was the bathroom. Javier and his team provided excellent service and gave us ideas and directions on local attractions. Location is easily walkable to anything in the Gothic Quarter and close to the water. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the massive room, perfect location, comfortable beds and staff were just amazing. We got a room close to street level, so know you will feel like your bed is in the middle of a club, bar fight and a busy cafe all at once until 3am in the morning. Its something that comes with the location.
Great room with kitchenette and a very helpful staff. Ask for a room on the quiet side of the building; our friends had one on the square and it became quite loud after the bars closed! Great location in the Gothic quarter.
Great staff! Super helpful. Very friendly. They do need to improve their wifi and soundproofing. But otherwise an amazing spot!
