New, modern rest stop. But what good is a new rest stop if the staff are unfriendly and the toilets are dirty. And when you point out that the paper dispensers in the toilets are empty, all you get is that you have nothing to do with the toilets.
Everything's fine, except for the total mess in the parking lot. Trucks are parked in all spaces for passenger cars, which means there are no parking spaces for passenger cars.
