The female owners and their daughter are lecturing customers about wearing masks, insisting that they don't want mask wearers in their store. They seem to believe they are knowledgeable enough to determine how dangerous masks are against the virus. One of the owners even mentioned that she doesn't wear a mask because she doesn’t like how her breath smells. However, if you run a business, you must adhere to the rules, no matter your personal opinions. At the very least, you should respect those who choose to wear masks without complaining—after all, not everyone is bothered by their own breath. What a frustrating experience!
I really appreciated the decor; the lush live plants added so much to the atmosphere. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. However, I did have some concerns regarding the selection of products, and aside from the beautiful plants, the overall aesthetic quality could use some improvement.
Everything is way too expensive; I only visit when I’m in desperate need of a 99-cent 2-liter.
