Stopped in the try the Wagyu burger and I was surprised at the overall quality. I didn't expect this level of quality but it was truly good. If I was to be critical of anything it would be the temperature of the burger. I was there later than normal, around 9 pm, and therefore was asked to wait while the burger finished cooking. Pulled around and waited a couple minutes which wasn't a problem but when the food was delivered and I took a bite the burger was cool, not warm, not hot, but cool. … – show
Was so looking forward to an Arby’s Roast Beef and Cheddar with potatoe cakes but was told they no longer have potatoe cakes. So disappointing. So I left with just the sandwich. Can’t even believe they would have gotten rid of the potato cakes. Now it’s just like any other fast food place. Like a McDonald’s. So sad and disappointing. Won’t go back again.
It wasn’t as good as usual. They didn’t have the chicken salad sandwich and tried to tell me they had that only occasionally. I’ve ordered it for years, although I haven’t for a while now. We had the fish sticks. They were good but not great. There wasn’t much flavor to them. I guess I’ll stick with getting the Roast Beef/Cheddar sandwich when I go.
I ordered the #1 classic beef and cheddar combo meal. First off the size of the drink is what other fast food places give you as a free water. The sandwich was nasty. Didn't taste anything like usual. Something was off. The fries were cold and tasted like grease but the employees we're nice and courteous.

I visited Arby's in Fenton today. I had a special order for dietary needs and the manager became very irate and aggressive. He threw my money at me and told me to leave. Do not visit this establishment
Service is Getting Slower and Slower and the Staff manager has a bad Attitude towards the customers and workers
Used the drive-thru. Line moved quickly. Ordered the French Dip Sandwich and Crinkle Fries. Both were delicious
The handicap parking is so nice convenient, easy to use. Everyone is so helpful kind.
