In response- had this been the first or even second occurrence, I get your side and can see how you would suggest that as a solution (I probably would as the owner myself) now send you got this review fairly quick, couple hours would you say? Not sure if this was an off day for them. Never been here before, just passing through. Ordered Medium roast beefs and they were Small, fries were old and hard, root beer wasn't root beer. Just handed us a bag and expected us to leave. Had to ask for our drinks and sauce. Still came up empty with the sauce we asked for that was supposed to be in the bag. You could tell the blonde young lady could careless about being there. Hopefully this was just a bad day for them.
Good place to eat and great management I ended up having a very rough time and got sick a few times and the manager was understanding and I can't wait to get back to work and be apart of a good crew hard to find people who are understanding when life gets tough
The lights are on, drive through screens are on, employees are inside, but they are closed 5 hours before their posted signs say. Getting stuck for 20 minutes behind other confused customers is absurd. Location should be shut down.

Do not order a Reuben Sandwich here. It's consistently Bad. Not enough meat, very little sourkrout, untrusted bread, and one time tasted like soap. My husband's Auju sandwich tonight had little meat as well.
It's Arby's. You usually only notice when something goes wrong, but I've never had any problems at this location. They've always been fast, accurate, and friendly.
Love their food but every now and again they cancel my online orders which can really be a pain especially when I'm on a time crunch for my lunch break
Was told that sauce pumps weren't coming back they did not have any staff on hand even though it was dinner time.
