It took a long time to get our food, the place was dirty, and there was a live ant in one of our sandwiches. *UPDATE* After leaving this review, Arby's reached out. They're investigating the issue and seemed very interested in making sure it didn't happen again. I'm bumping it to 3-stars because I'm very impressed with their customer service.
I love this place but this specific location has the worst staff due to how rude they are and i got meat from them in July 2022 that was so rotten i could smell it before i even went to eat it. Literally rotten meat they were serving. It's under new management now but I personally think it's gotten worse with the kindness
Humm a sign of the times? CASH only when we were here, the “new prime rib cheesesteak left alot more to be desired, soggy and “steak” had hardly any flavor. Iced tea was weak.
Food is always good. Service got 4 stars because they needed more people working. But this is not Arby's fault. We are in an era where no one wants to work. Book a table now
Arby's is becoming our favorite fast food place. So many choices. The food is always hot and fresh and they make the best shakes.
Ordered a brisket sandwich and there were only 5 very small strips of meat on a $13.00 sandwich. Very disatisfied!
