I just wanted to share a quick note because the staff are unable to update their online system. Please be aware that the tests will only be conducted from 10 AM to 5 PM. If you want to rely on this schedule, it's advisable to place an order by phone. If you used the app, you can go to the customer service settings to request a refund. If you placed your order online but didn't log in, you'll need to call the Arby’s call center and provide them with your information to receive your refund.
Today, I ordered sandwiches for our group of fifteen. When we received our order, we realized that our 3-year-old grandson wanted fries. He shouted a few times that he wanted some. We told him to eat a sandwich and we would get fries later. A few minutes later, fries arrived at our table, which was fantastic! The manager and staff were very nice and helpful. The bacon Swiss chicken sandwich was also great!
I received a warm welcome from the management as soon as the dining room opened. They assisted me with my order and made sure to check in during my visit to ensure everything was satisfactory. While it's Arby’s, so my expectations were modest, it was clear that the staff genuinely care about customer satisfaction and strive to provide a pleasant dining experience.
The cleanliness of this place was definitely lacking. I didn't even step inside, and I have no intention of eating there again. The exterior windows were filthy, and the pickup window was extremely dirty. The staff appeared like they could use a good shower. I recommend avoiding this Arby's location!
