While at the drive thru window the employee was disrespectful. I didn?t grab my card fast enough after setting my drink down and she rolled her eyes and sighed. I apologized and she looked at me and didn?t say a word. Then after getting my food I wasattempting to tell her that I hoped her day gets better and she shut the window in my face as she?s looking at me. I get youguys are short staffed and stressed but don?t take it out on your customers.
It has been a while since I had Arby’s. After I got the food, it reminded me why it has been a while. The portion was so little that I felt like i got cheated even with coupons. The brisket sandwich looks nothing like the picture, and the BBQ sauce was so overwhelming that i could barely taste the actual meat, which is what Arby’s is known for. Fries tasted okay, not great. Staff was at least friendly.
Customer service skills here are TERRIBLE. They are very rude (all of them, not just one) I spent $13 on a beef and cheddar meal- (which was old and nasty), and when I asked for extra Arby's sauce, I got tude for that too! I wont be back to thislocation again.
This is the worse experience i have ever had at any arbys!! I have never been to an arbys with such poor customer service! Someone needs to clean house!! oh an the food was luke warm.. room temp!! Book a table now
Prime rib sandwich was pretty good! I want the burger back!! Great orange cream shake too!! Good service. My wife liked her turkey sliders actually said she thought it was almost too much meat!!
I will never get their fish strips again. Those are more like nuggets. So much for having the MEAT . THEIR REALLY SKIMPY. IT'S ALOT BETTER DEAL AT. Captain Ds. Or long John silvers.
Food was okay at best. Employees have zero customer service skills and are rude. How is the customer not a priority? I'll drive by this location next time.
Disappointing lunch. We both ordered the French Dip sandwich, which was served cold.....as in the cheese was straight out of the refrigerator. Book a table now
