Arby's - Table reservation

Here’s what I thought deserved a five-star rating: 1. The place was clean. 2. The staff was friendly. 3. My order was ready in no time, which is remarkable because Arby’s is typically quite slow. And oh my goodness, the new Arby’s burger blew my mind! It was incredibly delicious! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised! But then something really strange happened. Before I get into that, let me just say, if you're only interested in the food review, you might want to stop here. After we left the drive-thru, my car window was all fogged up. I have to mention the speaker; the guy on the other end provided exceptional customer service! He was fantastic. The girl at the window who handed me the food was incredibly sweet and very polite. However, I wasn't impressed with the administration. When I complimented the guy, she seemed to have an excuse instead of acknowledging the compliment for her team. The food itself was good; I preferred their regular fries over the curly fries.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Courtney was so sweet and friendly, and the manager had me laughing throughout my visit. I absolutely love this place!
