This place has truly lost its way and it saddens me cause truly it is one of my family’s favorites. We ordered some jalapeño sliders…the jalapeños were still cold. We ordered more than one order of mozzarella sticks to get home and find we have only one order. I have three boys two of which being 3 and 2) Not only that they were at most warm. Just poorly made anymore. I know mistakes are made but this happens constantly when we get food from there. I wasn’t with my boyfriend at the time of this order I’m sure the employees weren’t mean, they’re always kind) but that about ends it for us. No more arbys in Rensselaer for us. :
Store hours and Google say open until midnight. I pulled up to the drive thru at 10:56pm on a Monday with all their lights on. The drive thru person said i 'm sorry, we are closed. I 'm not mad, just disappointed. My family wanted a non-fried, quick dinner which is difficult to find these days. Should update your hours or at least turn your lights off.
Excellent service here. Exactly what to expect out of Midwest hospitality and how business should be done. They were making fresh chicken tenders for us, and the man on drive through gave us a complimentary beverage for our wait. Staff was great, would recommend stopping here.
The fast food satisfied my hunger, but it's just typical fast food. The restaurant itself was nice, and the food was served hot. I noticed that there were no condiment cups initially, but I saw that the stock was replenished after I had already received my Arby Sauce.

The restaurant is spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly, showcasing a fantastic product. One significant advantage for the management is the genuine care shown by the employees. They radiate pride in their work and greet guests with warm smiles. Well done!
We just went through the drive-thru here. The lady working at the speaker had a very poor attitude, never smiled and gave 3 word answers. She also rang our order up wrong, but it wasn't worth dealing with her to get it fixed. I wouldn't recommend stopping here.
The service was outstanding, and the food was fresh and served hot. I gave only one star for the atmosphere, as the older building could use some care and attention on the inside.
food was mid, especially the buffalo wings, but the service was so good i can’t help but give it five stars. man at the counter was so nice and went out of his way to be helpful.

Always messing up on orders even closed the lights off once when I pulled up at night ? took 5mins to get someone to take my order after they pretended to be closed....
The food was good, the service was fast and the building was clean.
