Stopped here tonight to pick up supper, ordered two turkey sandwiches with the brown sugar bacon, neither one had bacon, they where so soggy you couldn’t even pick them up, when I called the store to complain to the mgr. she told me it was because of the turkey. Get real. So soggy that the bun stuck to the bottom of the box, also ordered a Gyro which was placed in the bag upside down so the sauce ran all over, had also ordered chicken nuggets, curly fries, and jalapeño poppers, which was all shoved into one bag and wouldn’t stay closed. My wife I both ordered the cheeseburger meal WELL DONE. WHEN WE GOT IT THE FRIES WERE COLD SOGGY, the burger was red inside, with the majority of the patty -totally not edible. The waitress was VERY NICE, but also stated the last time she complained about an order the cook got mad walked off the job. She said she ordered the hamburger NO PINK and the cook sent it out almost **** red inside. I believe this reflects upon the poor attitude of the manager. Had to call customer service because of fish sandwiches were so bad. I wanted extra tartar sauce and got none, the cheese was less than a dime in size and the fish was luke warm. Husband fish was extremely dry, no tartar sauce and Luke warm. The chocolate mint shake had no chocolate drizzle but whipped cream and was very runny. The people in the back were too busy talking and laughing and were working extremely slowly. The young girl up front was running her self ragged with getting orders, putting the orders together, handling the fryer, delivering to waiting cars while keeping a smile on her face. They had forgot part of my order 2x's within 2 weeks, and I had to drive all the way back there to get the rest when I live all the way across town and only got a free meal card the one time they messed up the order.Otherwise, the staff are always doing a good job while they always are busy when I go there! There might have just been some miscommunication between the staff during my visit(s) while it was busy both times as well.

This is one of the best Arby's I've visited! With a long road trip to Kentucky ahead of us, our group needed to stock up on food. Ryan won the rock-paper-scissors game, which meant he got to choose where we ate, and he picked this place. Arby's is an affordable and great option for us!

The restaurant was clean and the food was good, but they accidentally gave us someone else's order. However, they handled it fairly and quickly remade the gentleman's meal.
