I visited Arby's after work when they were quite busy, and unfortunately, I left feeling very disappointed. My husband asked for crispy crinkle-cut fries, but the woman at the counter acted annoyed and told us they couldn't do it, apologizing briefly. He was upset, paid for the food, and told me to pick it up. I waited for about 15 minutes, noticing people behind me were receiving their orders. The staff member was calling out names, and I heard two bags placed on the other side of the counter, but no name was called for mine. Arby's new hushpuppy fish is excellent. It could use some additional sauces, as I'm not a big fan of tartar sauce. Something like hot sauce and apple cider vinegar, similar to what LJS offers, would be great. I also think hushpuppy fries would be a delicious addition to the menu. My wife really loved the fish – every piece was consistently flavorful and tasty. I can confirm, having tried some before we got home. Truly delicious.
I ordered a roast beef sandwich combo and the fish strips from Arby's. The drive-thru took quite a while, which I understand due to the current staff shortage. However, my fish strips were soggy—I believe they need to be cooked a bit longer to achieve a crispier texture. Overall, Arby's menu has great options, but the preparation could use some improvement.
The food was fantastic, but I ended up spending $35.00 and missed a meal! However, I came back and received my order along with a voucher. I'm really happy with my purchase; even though there was an error, they apologized and fixed it. I will certainly return.

Even with the construction going on, the food here is fantastic! It arrives quickly and is served hot, and their curly fries are a must-try. I can't wait for the new lobby to open! I definitely recommend this spot, especially if you enjoy filling sandwiches.
I tried the chicken wings, which were delicious but had a little too much sauce for my taste. The soup was also quite enjoyable. I'm a huge fan of fries! The restaurant has been remodeled and looks great.
Great stop for lunch, newly remodeled, very nice! Two flat screen t.v. 's in dining room! Serve yourself fountain soda!
