Update 1 It was a horrible experience. The staff was behind the prep table talking, I had to yell Excuse me for someone to take my order. The server took my order and told me she had to upcharge me for cheese on my order. The person preparing my food wasmaking it wrong tried to scrape off the white sauce on the pita. I told the server to tell him to remake my food. They stillcontinued to talk while making my food and made me wait to get my food. I decided to try my first Wagyu burger, and I wasn't disappointed. It's thicker than what you usually find at fast food places and has a great flavor. However, I did start to notice the sodium towards the end of the burger. As for the fries, I opted for the crinkle cut this time instead of the curly fries, which I didn’t enjoy the last time. The crinkle cut fries will definitely be my choice going forward; they can be quite tasty when salted just right. I also tried the chicken tenders, but unfortunately, they were hard and dry based on my experience. I order 2 buttermilk chicken sandwiches for $7 and double confirms with the server that I ordered 2 buttermilk chicken sandwiches. The server refused to give me the total until I pulled up, and the charges me $6 a piece for crispy chickensandwiches, tells me that is what I had ordered, and refused to remake the order.

Unbelievably bad. The sauce looks toxic. Meat tasteless and mushy. Never had a cheesesteak taste that blah. $30 for 1 combo and a sandwhich. This better get better at these prices. Fast food just isn't worth it anymore. Long wait, wrong order,expensive. Watching people disgusted with food. Goodbye arbys.
I drove 20 minutes to get to this Arbys since the schedule is set for them to close at 11:00pm I arrived at the drive thru speaker at 10:05pm just for the employee to tell me that they were closed .. this Arbys can?t even honor their work hrs. veryunprofessional!
The restaurant was empty, and the stale buns paired with lackluster service didn't impress me. I do enjoy Arby's, but the stale bun really put a damper on my experience, although other aspects were acceptable.
Arby's food is fine. Manager Anthony makes it a pleasure to be there. He's out of the way to hide you. Kudos to him and how he runs your facility.
