Food was absolutely amazing today! The cashier was ok, seen my food on the counter longer than I wanted to (drive thru). But he wasn 't rude, I wasn 't rude. They forgot my fork, but again, no rude interaction between any of us. The girl bagging the food was super pleasant, and when I asked about my fork, oops, I am so sorry! And real quick to get it. No snarky attitude. So I don 't see my item in the auto-list for review. GET THE LOADED MAC AND CHEESE! It is super delicious, and that 's why I needed the fork! White cheddar (I think) Mac and cheese, some ranch, chicken, and bacon. Yummy!
Edit I have left an unfair review and updated. Orig down. I returned today and ordered the bride back and naturally loved her. Everyone has bad moments. Mistake. I'm sorry I couldn't show Grace anymore. But I really wanted this bride. Orig down.... Work from the state. The drive-thru shot ordered a smoke breeze sandwich. The receipt says clearly, smoked brisket sandwich $5.89 what I got was a bit tender with two pieces of chicken and a tomato and salad. Not happy Arby's, but I'm too exhausted to drive back and do everything
The food order was handled properly, and the hot dishes were tasty. However, the staff at the pick-up window made errors with the drinks. They weren’t sure about the sizes for the value meals, and I noticed a lot was missing from my order. The employee mentioned he was new, which is understandable given the staffing shortages, but there should have been better training provided. I believe this issue ultimately falls on management.
I'm not a huge fan of fast food, but when I'm on the go and need a quick meal, I always turn to Arby's because it never makes me feel sick. I really enjoy their roast beef with Swiss cheese. At this particular Arby's, the Drive-Thru staff was exceptionally friendly, which is a common trait for Arby's, but this location seemed even more cheerful than usual. Perhaps the staff was just in a great mood!

I had never tried the fish sandwiches here before, but I was completely blown away! They are, without a doubt, the best fast food fish sandwiches I've ever tasted! They are priced similarly to other options, but once you try them, you'll definitely want to come back for more. I've been going to Arby's for decades, but I think I've found a new favorite!
I usually don't review fast food restaurants, but this place: Had two polite and respectful kids working there who held the door for you, wanted to check on bathroom cleanliness, and made you feel welcome. Whoever hired these kids did a good job.
The Reuben meal with curly fries a Dr. Pepper was enough for 2 people. Even better is the amazing staff that made my day go from ordinary to extraordinary!
Love Arby's but way too much sauce had it to go so it's pretty wet by the time I got home
