Despite the negative experiences reported by some customers, I have dined at this restaurant several times without any issues when ordering at the counter. My go-to menu items are the brisket sandwich, curly fries, and iced tea. Occasionally, I'll treat myself to a shake or try the various flavors of turnover. I really enjoy sitting down to savor my meal, especially with the breathtaking view of the Sandia Mountains and the clear blue sky visible through the large glass window. I had a terrible experience at Eat! The sandwich and fries weren’t freshly made, and the service left a lot to be desired—employees were unhelpful and somewhat rude. I tried calling 20 times that day and never received a response. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money at this place. It's definitely the worst Arby’s I've ever visited. Food rating: 1/5.
This place was empty when I was there. I know that every fast food place is short staffed right now, but despite the fact that they were empty, it took them nearly 30 minutes to deliver our order. And they managed to get it completely wrong. And it wasn't cooked right. This is the worst experience I have had at any restaurant in years.
I've noticed some previous comments about this place, but we’ve visited twice and haven’t experienced any issues. The brisket sandwich is definitely a standout; it's the only thing we order each time. Our food arrived in about 5-10 minutes, and the manager was great—very friendly and made sure to check on us.

I paid over $5 for an order of mozzarella sticks, and there was no mozzarella in them at all. I guess they were completely out. Additionally, the phone number listed at the reception is incorrect; it looks like a legitimate number, but no one answers when you call it. Very disappointing. Food: 1/5

Very, very slow service; manager and only one employee were working, both seemed to be at the end of their proverbial rope. After 45 minutes, I asked for my money back. That happened, but it took another 10 minutes. The manager was extremely rude, and I will not be back
I know Ive seen previous comments about this place but we’ve been here twice but had no issues. The brisket sandwich is definitely a winner, only thing we order everytime. Service time to get food was about 5-10min. Manager was awesome, checked on us and friendly.

I have been going to this Arby 's for about a decade now. Always enjoyed their food, never been sick or had a bad customer service problem. Drive through could be quicker but suppose I cant blame them for a lunch rushes. Beef and cheddar all day, 'erry day!
