My son and I returned to Arby's. I wasn’t familiar with the menu, so I asked the staff for a little more time. When we were ready, I placed my order. The staff asked, of course, small, medium, or large? Drink? Anything else? My son then ordered a long list of sandwiches, large drinks, and curly fries. Our total came to about $45, which my son paid. When we reached the payment and pickup window, we interacted with the same friendly staff member. They were warm, patient, and professional. Great location for Arby's! I sampled their new Wagyu burger and found it to be decent. It was a little messy because of the sauce, but overall, it was a solid burger for about $7. The large fries portion was enormous—I couldn't finish them! The food was good in the $11-13 range. However, I'm just not a regular at Arby's, so I probably won't return for a while.
The rolls were stale and soggy. I requested well-done curly fries, but they arrived cold and limp. The Arby's sauce was also cold and lacked flavor. On a positive note, the Diet Coke was good. It's disappointing to see what has happened to the Hackettstown location—it's now closed! I won't be bothered to drive to this Arby's again.

First I have to travel far from my residence in order to get my fave. Get to this location and they have Noone inside nor at window to take order and when we pull up to first window she looked surprised and confused as to we were there anyway not pleasewith new staff they seemed really confused when we placed order with her.
Large sandwiches, great menu .Equipped inside and ate with the family. We look forward to the boneless wings, but the promotion had expired and they had another sandwich. But it still tasted great.
I had a little cash on hand, and since it was Happy Hour, I treated myself to a chocolate Snack Shake and a Beef Slider with Cheddar Cheese. It was the perfect amount to satisfy my cravings!
