The food is good, but the young lady who works there is dingy and needs a lesson in general. I set an online order when I arrived, I went to the drive thru. There were 3 cars in front of me. I told the lady that I had made an online order, she said it was not ready yet and asked if I could come and get the order. I told her I'm sure if I put it in the window, it should be ready. Almost 15 minutes of passports and I'm on the window. She's asking me to come back in. I know that my order should have been ready until this time, but I'm leaving without saying a word and going in. Door lock driver here went in to pick up an order. I could see the whole order ready, and the person who makes the front counter did not pay attention at all and would not put the sandwich in my pocket. I could see that the sandwich was cooked and finished, and then I just stood there at the counter staring at the bag and the sandwich for 5-10 minutes before the person came back and looked. There are not only customers who come more, mobile delivery drivers come to get orders to deliver money, we literally work when we come and we pay per order, we need these orders to be ready for us to get back to work. I could have been with the customer in 5-10 minutes and have been to another order.
At the drive through, I was told to pull around as it would take 3 minutes for the jalapeño bites. There were no other cars in the drive through. After 10 minutes the manager came out and asked if I had received my order. Then he said that he'd get it out. After another 6 to 7 minutes, I went in and got my order! There were no napkins or sauces in my bag. Definitely not the place to go for a fast lunch time pick up.
This Arby's was never even over a 2-star experience every time I left. I always hope it gets better, but never again. I saw the ad for the new Wagyu Burger and I'm going to try this place again. Everything tasted like days ago. They forgot all our Pommes and the French bathroom was crushed under some other items in a warmer for hours. Food was good. Cashier couldn't count. I gave them a $100 bill. Manger gave 5 20's. She then gave me the 5 20's. Which I gave back to her told her she needed to give me $88.65. She couldn't figure out what to give me. I had to tell her 4 20's, a five 3 ones. Then I had to tell her to give me 65 cents. It was sad
Horrible! I normally love Arbys so I ran over here on my lunch. Went back to the office to eat it and to my surprise the roast beef was bad. Hard and discolored pieces of roast beef and hardly no cheese. No time to go back! Very upset and disgusted. Plus my cookie had been put in the back completely smashed!
The food was good, the restaurant was clean, but the service was cruel. The girl who worked the counter ignored another customer who tried to get their attention repeated. A line built behind me when she stood there watching the command screen and so did when she couldn't hear it. Food: 4/5
Over the past decade, the quality of food at Arby's has been on a steady decline. After my recent visit, I have decided that this will be my last time ever going to Arby's. The food was horrible - dry and tasted old. To make matters worse, I became sick within 20 minutes of eating it.

My favorite Arby's to get a fast bite. Workers are very nice and professional especially with me being disabled offering help was very nice. Love love the lemonade ? must try.
