Update: went to the drive thru on 5-19 at 7:43PM. As i waited in line the two cars ahead of me were served. As i pulled up to the speaker at 7:48PM i was told they were closed and would not take my order. Their window states they are open until 8pm. The internet says they are open until 10pm. Well by 7:51 they had killed their lights in order to refuse a veteran service because they wanted to leave. This place is usually great, but they need to stick to their posted hours for sure! Taking my review from a 5 star to a 3 for the rudeness and not even talking to me about it!
that is the best arby’s I have ever been. eating is always perfect (no soggy nastiness here) and the gentleman who works the drive at night (the red headman) is very sweet and friendly. seriously, I'd like to let him work for my company. the boy knows a great customer service.
