I often order from this restaurant, and I always find the staff to be friendly. This afternoon, they were especially busy, which resulted in my chicken sandwiches taking a little longer than usual to prepare. However, I didn’t mind the wait at all. To my surprise, the manager offered me a complimentary shake and a free meal card to thank me for my patience. I’ve had longer waits at other fast food places on Robert Street, where many don’t even acknowledge customers with a simple “thank you for waiting.” This experience really highlights their excellent customer service!
WSP Arby's used to be fantastic, but that's no longer the case. My orders are always incorrect now. On my last visit, they not only gave me the wrong sandwich, which was also a cheaper option, but they also messed up my cherry turnover order, leaving me with one less and the wrong one. To top it off, they completely left out half of my order, which totaled over $15 worth of items. I won’t be returning.
I went to the restaurant tonight, February 8, 2019, after a challenging week of harsh weather! With blizzard conditions yesterday and record-low temperatures today, I decided to indulge myself, and I'm really glad I did! A big thank you to the drive-thru attendant—I requested "a lot of horseradish," and he delivered perfectly. It was a fantastic experience!
I really enjoyed the Classic Roast Beef and Cheddar Beef Sliders; they were warm and delicious, served with a nice selection of sauces. The Curly Fries were crispy and just as tasty. My order arrived faster than I anticipated, neatly packaged and delivered right to my door as requested. The strawberry lemonade was fresh and full of flavor as well.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I ordered four fries and some cheese sauce, but never received them. I called the restaurant multiple times to see what could be done, but they never picked up the phone. What kind of company hires people who don't know how to do their jobs?
The service is exceptional, and the food is consistently delicious! The staff is really friendly. I’ve been dining here since they reopened, and every time it’s been a wonderful experience!
I really love Arby's because they provide a wide selection of meats. Plus, they have a secret menu with items that aren't available on the regular menu.
I had their turnovers for the first time, and they were incredible! Their beef and cheddar dish is always a favorite.
