Arby's - Table reservation

I went to Arby's because I was running from a horrific experience at the LJS/KFC next door. I was greeted by William who I figured was the manager. He was absolutely perfect. I shared my experience next door and he suggested there new fish basket. I declined because I have my favorites at Arby's. My food came out quickly and got. The place was spotless. While enjoying my meal William was walking around speaking with guests and making sure all was well. When he got to me he presented me with a hot sample of the fish with a side of tartar sauce. He asked me to try it and to please let him know what I thought before leaving. That's service for now and the future. Restaurants need more like Will...
