I always enjoy a good sandwich of Arby's, but this night is different. My GF and I went through the drive thru TWICE and both times they made something on our order. Simple things like changing the bungalow to a Sesam-Samen-Bunge and when we order 2 HAM-Slider at the 2nd time...we have turkey-slider instead. And the pommes weren't great either, like they weren't fresh. That's why I give three stars.
Everything bad about fast food was the experience. Cold frits... melted ice... just no. Customer service was good
