Honestly, I could have given this restaurant a 1-star rating based on our experience, but I want to recognize that the manager was dealing with a faulty new system. He even offered to comp our meal as an apology, which I truly appreciated. Despite the difficulties, our food was hot and fresh, and the service was outstanding. It wasn't the manager's fault that the system was malfunctioning, so overall, I had a wonderful experience.
Food was good, but 2 visits and problems. First time they charged me a higher price on a drink, when there is a sign and a TV commercial about it being $1 not time specific) and second time I ordered a small chocolate shake and they gave me the wrongsize and wrong flavor. Orange is gross.
I visited during the lunch rush, and it was incredibly busy! Nonetheless, the staff worked hard to make sure I had a great meal. I typically don’t order a French dip at my age, but I think I might have to start doing so! Thank you to the Jonesborough Arby’s team for a wonderful lunch.
The food at Arby's was tasty, but the service was only average. The employees seemed indifferent, offering no smiles and very little engagement beyond a basic greeting. The restaurant feels outdated, and the sticky floors indicate it could be cleaner. Book a table now
I went to Arby's to order food, but as soon as I got there, the cashier and the fry cook began arguing loudly. Their argument escalated to the point where it looked like they might start fighting, so we decided to leave.
Their food was great, however, since they closed the dining room, I had to sit in the drive thru for literally almost 30 minutes due to staffing issues. But overall a great place.
My first visit to Arby's was great. The food arrived quickly, was hot, and tasted good. Using coupons, our total came to just $27 for two people.
This is the first time my food from any Arby's has been disappointing, but here it was fresh and tasty. I will definitely be coming back. Book a table now
My 95-year-old mother-in-law and I had a wonderful time at lunch. The service was always warm and inviting.
