I used to be quite satisfied with this Arby's, but my last experience on September 20, 2022, changed my opinion. We went through the drive-thru, and the order we were handed wasn't ours. After returning it and confirming our order total with the employee, we eventually received what seemed to be the correct items. However, when we got home and started to eat, we discovered that both servings of crinkle fries were only half full, with curly fries mixed in at the bottom—something we definitely don’t like. The crinkle fries were only piled on top of each box. This wasn’t just a minor mistake, so we won’t be coming back.
I went out to get a roast beef sandwich and some sweet tea because I was feeling a bit under the weather but didn't want to cook. When I reached the window, I realized I had forgotten my ATM card at home. It was too far to go back, so I apologized and explained that I had never found myself in this situation before. Josiah, the employee at the window, asked me to hold on for a moment. I was worried he might be upset, but instead, he came back and offered to help me out. I thanked him and promised to return another day to pay. What an exceptional employee!
Excellent job, Ethics! Even just three minutes before closing, our order was taken with great care and attention to detail. Everything was fresh, and the staff was incredibly courteous. After my experience in Indian Trail, this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the Monroe team for your exceptional service!
I used the drive-thru and had to pull over and wait. After 10 minutes, I called to ask for a refund. The response I received was, "Oh, sorry, we're multitasking." Overall, my experience was not positive.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for fast food. I waited 23 minutes in the drive-thru without any movement, and the staff were very slow.
The only thing better than a delicious roast beef sandwich smothered in horseradish sauce is two roast beef sandwiches covered in horseradish sauce!
The food is outstanding. Just be ready for a bit of a wait for your meal, as they prepare everything fresh after you place your order.
