The Arby's Diablo Chicken Sandwich definitely surpassed the Burger King's Ghost Pepper Whopper! I felt my nose starting to run, and by the end, I was sweating down the sides of my head. Admittedly, it didn't quite match the picture in the ads—the chicken patty was about half the size—but it was still tasty. If you're a fan of spicy food, you should give this sandwich a try! It packs four layers of heat: crispy chicken with natural cheddar cheese, a fiery seasoning blend, fire-roasted jalapeños, lettuce, and a Diablo BBQ sauce all on a toasted red chipotle bun.
I’m usually a big fan of Arby's and visit about twice a week without any issues. However, during my visit tonight, the young woman at the drive-thru didn’t handle her duties properly. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was met with a dismissive response. My request was simple—something I’ve asked for every time I come to Arby’s. Unfortunately, these two employees acted as if my request was impossible to fulfill, something any other place would have easily managed. Their behavior was unprofessional and immature.
I recently had lunch at Arby’s in Fairytale Mountains with my granddaughter, ordering through the drive-thru and taking the food home. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. The two sandwiches we got were almost half the size of the bun, with very little meat centered inside and barely any sauce or cheese. The bun was dry as well. I’ve always liked their Beef and Cheddars, but after this experience, I’m wondering if the small portions are meant to justify the $2.06 price.
Calling all cheese enthusiasts! I have to admit, the bread was a letdown—it had a sponge-like texture. The meat looked and tasted okay, but the melted topping barely resembled cheese. While the sandwich was served warm, some ingredients were cold. On the plus side, the curly fries were excellent. Overall, like the aftermath of a century-old flood, it’ll be another 10 years before I consider eating at Arby’s again.

This restaurant feels a bit outdated, aside from the WiFi. The dining area is small and lacks appeal. While the food is flavorful, the meat portions have noticeably shrunk, and prices have gone up slightly. As for the service, it seems like the staff is earning minimum wage based on their work environment, and their level of effort reflects that.
I've always been a fan of Arby's. Their menu stands out from typical fast food options. One of my top picks is the roast beef and cheddar sandwich paired with Arby's signature sauce. And the curly fries are simply unforgettable! I highly recommend Arby's to anyone looking for something different.
The food was delicious, but my order of small curly fries was a mix of crinkle and curly fries, and it was only half full. Plus, there were no napkins offered, which is definitely necessary when eating out with an 8-year-old.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing efficient and accurate service. Most importantly, the food was outstanding, just as it always is!
