We decided to try the new fish strips that Arby's started advertising they weren't on the drive thru menu. So we asked the young lady that took our order for so information about them, she proceeded to give us a detailed description including price of 3 or 5 piece meal or just the strips. It was all done in a pleasant informative way that I've never experienced in my life at a drive thru at any restaurant!! It was refreshing kudos to Tiyranae for the best service I've ever received! ? She definitely deserves more than what she's being paid!! Oh and the Fish strips were delicious, just a bit on the small side.
Cold food we waited just to be served cold food so I threw it out the window all over there driveway I called and told the lady she got a snippy attitude and told me she would remake it but not going back this isn't the first experience I've had that was horrible don't go there they never have hot food there
it is hard to find a fast food restaurant that they can go to every day and get consistently good eating now this arby’s has found a secret I was surprised me, but it is a good place to eat consistently.
SUPER RUDE girl taking our order. And saying 5 minutes wait for chicken tenders trying to make us go elsewhere. Food is way too expensive for fast food so we went elsewhere anyways.
