It seems like the staff at Arby's doesn't care about their customers or the quality of their food. Both my wife's and my orders looked poorly prepared, almost as if they were made by a child. My wife's order included two roast beef sliders with cheddar sauce and crinkle fries. Unfortunately, her sliders were cold, and it looked like they haphazardly slathered on the cheddar sauce without any care for presentation. As for my big cheesy bacon burger, it was also cold and soggy, drenched in an excessive amount of burger sauce on the bun. Service was pretty good, place has always been relatively quick, granted I've only been 3 times. Nonetheless, sandwiches were pretty good, fries... probably the worse fries I've ever got from any fast food establishment. Now that I think of it the other worse fries I've ate came from Arby's in st cloud Minnesota. It's almost to the point I don't wanna go back. Word of advice, if all the fries you have to give out for the drive thru are burnt, shrivled, cold and looks like crusty crumbs. Make some fresh. Don't give them to the guy waiting for overpriced sandwiches.
It's a fast food restaurant, so there's not much more to elaborate on. The staff are friendly and courteous, and the food is exactly what you would expect from this type of establishment.
I always like Arby's. People think I am weird because I prefer the crinkle fries over the curly fries. The turkey bacon ranch is the best.

Our sandwiches were served cold, and the bun was drenched in cheese sauce, making everything soggy. The fries were disappointing as well.
