I was out and craving Arby's, so I decided to stop by the closest location. Since it was my first time visiting and there was only one other car there, I received my order quickly. The fries were only warm, indicating they had likely been sitting for a while, so they weren't very fresh, but they were decent. The food itself was tasty; I ordered a fish sandwich and a Beef 'n Cheddar. The fish was just mediocre. While I can't blame the restaurant for that—it's just the nature of the fish—it was a bit bland. I wouldn't order it again at any Arby's. On a positive note, the service was quick, and the girl at the window was friendly.
Arby's is incredibly good, but it's becoming harder to find. I was thrilled to discover this location near my eyelash studio. The food and service here are exceptional; I'm always welcomed promptly, my orders are taken quickly, and my food is served hot and accurate. It seems like a newer location, with a modern and clean design, plus there's plenty of space at the beverage and sauce station. The bathrooms are well-maintained as well.
Today, after work, I visited Arby's in Chino Hills. They have a special deal on two roast beef sandwiches. Unfortunately, they've discontinued their potato cakes, which were excellent—much better than your average box of French fries. They also have Mello Yello, which is the only place in the area that offers this beverage.
The website states that this restaurant accepts phone orders, but when I called, I was rudely informed, "We don't take phone orders." When I brought up the information on their website, I received a curt response: "We don't," and then the call was abruptly ended. Book a table now
We saw several TV ads featuring the mouthwatering special prime rib sandwich, but what we received was a squashed bun, dry meat, and a flavorless sandwich that looked like it had been sat on. What a disappointment! It felt like we had been taken advantage of!
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They happily offered to cut the kids' sandwiches into four pieces when we asked. They also greeted my child with a smile, which I really appreciated. It added a nice personal touch to our experience.
I went through the drive-thru and was only given two sauce options. My co-worker returned with a third option, so I asked if there were any other sauces available. The guy at the window said no, only ketchup or special sauce. I don't believe him!
I truly enjoy Arby's; it's a great choice when you're looking for a change in food. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. The next time you're in the mood for something different, make sure to visit Arby's! Woo! Book a table now
The restaurant was very friendly, polite, organized, and clean. I appreciated the service and the fact that they rang the bell after I left. The parking area was spacious enough for me to accommodate my 26-foot truck.
