While the employees are usually half-way nice, they certainly are not well-trained, as team. Every time I go in here, order taking is ALWAYS frustrating, because the cashier doesn 't start with a Hi or even What would you like to order? , instead looks at you like you 're the one who 's supposed to take the order (really? . Order is usually wrong, and the wait is ridiculous. Tonight, I ordered a Jamocha shake and didn 't get it until the end of my meal, after having to ask 3 times, before it was made. Hey everyone, I highly recommend this Arby's location. The quality is top-notch and the restaurant is super clean. All the employees are well trained and the customer service was excellent. I especially loved the curly fries, but the first-class rib sub sandwich was definitely worth the extra cost for added meat. The food was fresh and delicious. This Arby's deserves loyal customers, as I live nearby and will always choose to eat here. The general manager and assistant manager were present, but the hardworking crew never stopped cooking, cleaning, and serving customers.
The experience wasn't too bad. However, when we entered, the host informed us it was almost closing time and the doors were already shut, which could have been a bit more welcoming. It would have been nice for him to greet us properly. The sandwiches we ordered felt a bit cheap given their price. Nonetheless, we ended up sitting outside, and despite the initial awkwardness, we enjoyed the evening anyway.
It wasn't too bad. However, when we walked in, the woman asked the man what time it was and mentioned that they should be closing up and locking the doors. It would have been nice to greet the guests instead. The sandwiches were poorly made given the price. Despite that, we sat outside while we got locked out and still enjoyed the evening.

This unique restaurant goes out of their way to accommodate my request for a dish no longer on the menu (similar to chicken cordon bleu). While other places would simply say it's no longer available, I appreciate that this establishment acknowledges they can still make it. This is exemplary customer service!
I've ordered from here several times through Uber Eats, and after placing my order, I always call to make a special request. I've consistently received exactly what I asked for. I'm not sure who handled my calls, but I really appreciate how they made it all happen! Keep up the great work, team – you rock!
My first time. Never went before because don't care for their sandwiches. But now they added fish to their menu. I recommend it. Very good n their curly fries. Will return for their fish. Hope it remains on their menu.
I ordered the Classic Cheesesteak along with some Sweet Iced Tea. The sandwich was delicious, but I was disappointed to receive a Small Iced Tea instead of the Medium I had requested.

My delivery driver had to wait for 12 minutes, and when the food arrived, the chicken was dry and overcooked, while the fries were cold and tough. I wouldn't recommend this place.
