They have a sign that says the dining room is open, but it is not! I had a large order, so going inside was preferred. The person at the counter did not speak, he only said "Order when you are ready." I greeted him with a good afternoon and informed him that they should remove the sign. I placed my order for myself and my companion. There were several cars behind me, but no one in front of me. When I got to the window, the mozzarella sticks were not included in my order because they were not listed on the menu, even though I had requested them. Went to Arby's last night at about 11:20 pm, and was told that they were closed by someone in the speaker when the website says they close at 1 am. I went back today, and waited in line for 15 minutes. Finally got to the speaker to order and asked the lady if they had any Root Beer floats, she told me that she would check. We waited 10 minutes at the window only to be told by man that they're only accepting mobile orders. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Definitely won't be going back to this Arby's. I know they won't care. But something needs to be done about this customer service. A complete waste of time.
we were the only ones in the car. employees made our order wrong. when we corrected him, the hired seemed irritated. the coworker told us if we stopped and would hear that they would repeat the order. we have our order in the window and we have checked how we were at all almost food sites, and the employee asked us to move out of the window. no cars behind us, so no reason to be rude again. this arby, is a mile away from my house. If I ever decide to eat again at arby, I'll take 10 miles out of that before I eat again in the union city Arby.
The restaurant is decent, but I wouldn't recommend using the mobile order option. They didn't inform me that certain items I ordered were unavailable to support the mobile app. I only found out upon arrival. However, they accommodated me with another option and were very kind about it. I appreciate their service. I may consider returning to their Tara Blvd location. (Refer to my other review for this location).

I am from Atlanta and came back to visit my mom. Unfortunately, the service at the restaurant I visited was not up to par on two occasions. One of the staff members even made an appointment with me, but did not follow through. I decided to go to Chick-fil-A to see if their customer service was better, but was disappointed to find poor service again. I cannot tolerate unprofessional behavior in Atlanta.
The cashier had a terrible attitude. He damn near launched my cup at me. I came in with my mask on. I ate in the restaurant and wish i hadnt. The dining room smelled bad. I couldn't smell it with my mask on. The smell smacked me when i took it off.
Really enjoy going here because being that it's a shortage of workers in the fast food business everyone attitude is not at its best BUT this Arby's on Virginia Avenue is trying an doin great an food be hott an Goot Hunayyyy
This Arby's do the installer job in service and food preparation. This is my first time ordering the turkey club sandwich and crinkly fries and it is a really good option.

Normal Arby's fair. The fries are fried in the same oil as breaded food. Few gluten free options.
