The person working the drive-thru and answering phones on 09/30 at 9:45pm was extremely rude. Despite the restaurant being open and having no customers in the drive-thru, we waited for 10 minutes at the speaker before calling to remind them to take our order. They were unprofessional when we asked if they were still open.
The restaurant always prepares many items fresh to order, and while they may be a bit expensive, they make it worth it with their generous portion sizes. Unlike some fast food places that offer small portions at high prices, Arby's provides value for money.

Everytime I go there the order is wrong.The managers are nice about fixing the problem but the people in drive thru make it clear that you are holding up the line
The roast beef sandwich was served cold and there were no napkins provided. I was disappointed with the food and the fact that indoor dining was not allowed.
