I stopped here on my way out of town. There was no one else there. I ordered the premium chicken nugget meal with curly fries and a coke. I waited longer than typical for my meal, so I figured that between the long wait and no one else there that I would have fresh, hot, just dropped food. What I got were cold, stiff chicken and cold fries. I dug around in both of the containers to look for anything warm and fresh. The food quality and taste was disappointing. Arby's would not have been proud of the food that was served.
I was not pleased with the roast beef at this restaurant. My boyfriend and I went there one evening and ordered through the drive-thru. Our order was messed up and when we finally received it, the roast beef was cold. We didn't even receive our drinks, and they didn't give us a receipt. We asked for sauces and a Dr Pepper, but their machine was not working properly, which was disappointing.
The staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the food was delicious. In terms of kid-friendliness, we celebrated my little girl's birthday there and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel special. She proudly announced her age and the entire team showered her with birthday wishes. It was a lovely experience.
Wish I could give zero stars. Waited 15 minutes in drive thru and drive away. Called them because they shorted us product and if we cane back, that they would make it right. We went back only to be be told that they did not short us food. Never go here......poor customer service.

Got our food quickly, Arby's food as usual was good. Arby's is definitely one of the best fast food restaurants.
Jamocha shakes had no coffee flavor. Tasted like a chocolate shake. Otherwise, service was pretty decent.
