if I were to give a worse assessment. that was the worst experience of arby ever. I could not be more disappointed with the personal, unhygienic and lazy. they have not even given me and my husband attention when we came in and wanted to order. we went out of becuase, we went unnoticed, but went online to order, online it said they were working, and remember that the people went through the drive thru, so we knew they were still open. we waited for the journey for over 15 minutes and when we finally came next, our order did not come through, but we had the virtual reception and everything. we showed her our quitting and she was like cmon we just want to eat ours that we have already made. la...
