We are Arby's regulars and we usually really enjoy the food. But on this visit, it was not meant to be. The service was ok at the speaker and at the window. Not bad service, but nothing above average. When we got our food, we set off on the highway to drive home (just over an hour away). Started with my crinkle fries. They had good flavor and good salting (I like salty fries), but they were luke warm at best and not crispy. Then, my bacon ranch chicken sandwich was also barely warm and the chicken patty. I am no exaggerating when I say the patty was BARELY 1/4 thick. It was SO thin and it was like chewing leather. Sadly, this was not a good visit for us. ???
Thank you for prompt service food! We went to Taco Bell, but after sitting there waiting for food for 30 minutes, we got a refund went here. Taco Bell waits in all app mobile orders first, then drive thru, then patrons who are looking them in the face get waited on last. So far that's not happening here, so this will be my go to place now. Thank you for recognizing me as a customer just as important as anyone else.
The restaurant always seems to get our order wrong. They made a mistake once, gave us a refund, then we re-ordered the items they missed, but they decided not to make them because they had a similar order. We had to wait even longer for them to make it, and they still didn't include the extra items we paid for.
Placed a Doordash order for a small chocolate shake, medium Jamocha shake, crinkle fries, chicken nuggets, and jalapeño poppers with bronco berry sauce. I ended up with 2 vanilla shakes, curly fries, and no bronco berry sauce. They literally only got the chicken nuggets right. First and last time eating here.

Ordered on-line got Great discounts! Food was delicious staff friendly. I set pickup time for 12:30 it was ready right on time.
