Ordered a special, 2 roast beef and cheese for $3.00 I asked for extra horseradish and BBQ sauce and when I got home there was none. Should have checked before as it is important to me. It would have been a big deal if they were far away, and I was inconvenienced, because it was cold and hungry, but when I called the manager offered to either make me fresh sandwiches or come get the sauces, and get a coupon for a free meal, so I took that. Just heated up my sandwich in toaster oven.
Staff was out of control manager could not get them in line works were yelling and cussing up a storm for zero reason. Food tasted like someone wiped it on the grease coverd floor before giving it to us. Half the items on the menu also were unavailable. Including coke... you know the most popular drink in restaurants? Yea were out of that.
This restaurant is nice, clean, and so friendly that it makes you question all the other fast food places in the area. The service is even better than Chick-fil-A. The portion sizes are generous, so don't make the mistake I did; a regular roast beef would have been sufficient. The double roast beef is too much.
We have visited these Arbys many times over the years. I am always impressed by the staff I interact with during our visit. They seem almost always happy and very willing to answer questions. The food is hot and served quickly. The dining room is clean. I enjoy the historical photos of locals and buildings. Book a table now
Terrible service. We stood there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us after everybody keeps looking at us. Then I ask an ignorant woman taking drive-through order says man will be with you there in a minute and it really nasty attitude. Don’t even waste your time.
We got there about 45 min before closing the employees reminded us every 5 min when they were closing..I mean seriously we still had 30 min and they are giving us 5 minute reminders every 5 min let us eat in peace.Absolutely Insane
The prices at this restaurant have gotten way too high. We ended up spending more than $40 for just 2 adults and 2 small children. It's no longer a fast or affordable option. We won't be returning in the future.
There were 3 cars in front of me at the drive thru and I was there a total of 32 minutes until I pulled away with my food. fries were barely warm. Book a table now
