I waited in the Arby's drive-thru for over 7 minutes, and then was called "honey" over the speaker, which felt unprofessional. One employee even came outside to hand a drink to a customer who had been waiting just as long. When I asked if it would take another 10 minutes to reach the window, the employee said probably. I decided to pull out, like others who had already placed their orders. While I understand being short-staffed, the long wait combined with the poor service, including the inappropriate language, has made me unlikely to return. I usually enjoy the Arby's menu, but this experience was disappointing.
I was coming home from a long stressful working week and I wanted to stop and get something to eat before I went home so I stopped to pickup something to eat and Arby's was on my way. The line was kinda long but it went pretty fast. So I ordered myfood and when I got to the window it was this young gentleman Brandon I believe that's his name that took my payment with a bigsmile on his face like he was happy about what he was doing and that he loved his job he was polite kind and he was doing whathe was supposed to do. We need more people like him.
Stopped by Arby's while visiting Detroit. Big Kenny was my cashier, and even though he had a trainee badge, he was the most helpful trainee I've ever met. I explained what I wanted, and he offered suggestions to make my order more precise. He was energetic, attentive, got my order right, and was very friendly. As out-of-towners, we really appreciated his kindness and assistance!
I usually like Arby's! However, I've noticed that some locations are better than others. Unfortunately, this one often forgets my poppers in my DoorDash orders or leaves out one or two. Seriously, I know you can count. On a positive note, it's not as much of an issue when I go through the drive-thru.

This Arby's is one of our top choices. We've been loyal customers for years and frequently visit whenever we're nearby. The menu offers consistently delicious and hot food, the staff are always friendly and efficient, and we always feel we get great value for our money.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and crinkle fries, and it was fantastic. I'm glad to see Austin is still on staff; he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure orders are swift and correct. The lobby and restroom were also clean and well-kept.
I chose to try the wagyu burger at this restaurant, and I found it delicious, though a bit messy to eat. In my opinion, the crinkle fries make the perfect side to go with the burger. It’s a hearty meal; I was still satisfied three hours later.
The food always seems fresh fairly fast and they don't want to charge you extra for condiments
